Week 1–2

Discovery

We start by understanding your business, your customers, and exactly what the app needs to accomplish. No assumptions — just good questions and careful listening.

Week 2–4

Design

Before any code is written, we design the full app in wireframes and then high-fidelity mockups. You see exactly what you're getting and approve it before we build. Revisions are included until you're satisfied — we don't move to build without your sign-off.

Week 4–10

Build

Development begins on both iOS and Android simultaneously from a shared codebase. Regular builds are shared with you for testing throughout this phase.

Week 10–12

Testing

Thorough testing across real devices before submission. We test every screen, every user flow, and every edge case we can find.

Week 12–14

Launch

We submit to both stores, manage the review process, respond to any Apple or Google feedback, and stay available until your app is live.

After your app is live

Managed updates

We maintain the store listings and push OS and feature updates on your behalf.

Common questions

Unlimited revisions during the Design phase, before any code is written. We go back and forth on wireframes and mockups until you're fully satisfied and sign off. Once you approve the designs and development begins, scope changes are handled separately to keep the project on schedule.
We handle it. Rejections happen for reasons like missing privacy disclosures, metadata issues, or minor policy flags — they're common and fixable. We respond to all Apple and Google review feedback and resubmit until your app is approved. This is included in every project at no extra charge.
